GPA: UW 3.75 (at a rigorous prep school in Seattle)
Honors Classess and 4 AP's (those are the only AP's offered, Spanish which I took last year AP Euro and AP Lit, and I took AP US during my free period last year)

SAT: 2000 M 630 V 670 W 700 (I knowww they are horrible)
SAT II: Spanish 680 English 650 (I am horrible at tests)</p>

US-Islamic Relations- I was nominated by a professor at Seattle U to attend this event only open to college students (and me) at the UW (university of washington)

Spanish Immersion trip- Went to Spain for a month after sophomore year and came back almost fluent, I know the test scores don't reflect it but I have testing anxiety.</p>

Hooks? I started a business of whcih I am the president about five years ago which provides servers for events (like parties/shower/ you know). My staff currently includes 25 girls. We donate all profits towards a scholarship for at risk high-potential girls seeking college education in the state of WA and we just announced our first $20,000 scholarship.</p>

<p>Mt. Holyoke is SAT - optional, so do not worry about your SAT scores. Those aren't bad! You can definitely get in!</p>

<p>Apply and send your SAT scores. They're not below the average range and that's what matters.</p>

<p>The only thing stopping you from MHC is this belief that your SAT scores are horrible... what's with that? You're like this mega overachiever, but you need to face yourself and say, "Yes, I am an amazing person and I love myself" If you are competitive and arrogant at MHC, you won't be happy. MHC is full of bright, super-intelligent, compassionate women who want to research and work in the field they are passionate about. Most are there because they don't want to deal with stress of fighting for the top and want to be able to work in peace with some of the most brilliant minds of our country.</p>
