Your grades are fine. Your SAT II scores are average for Hopkins. However, your ACT and SAT are really killing your chances. Hopkins values your numbers and your ACT is definitely below average and your SAT is a little below average.

Your ECs look pretty good and there is some leadership. However, there is a distinct lack of state or national level awards. You’re involved in a lot of activities and while that is a good thing, you’re also lacking depth in each of those ECs. Also, your research program and pre-med program seem pretty cookie-cutter in that I participated in several of those. Those programs just recruit anyone and hand them a fancy certificate and many applicants have that as well.

Overall, I’d say your chances, especially for RD, are in the “meh” area.
