I'm really skeptical about my application because of my terrible junior year. I've looked as Rutgers and Penn State as pretty much my safeties for the last few years, but now I'm worried because this sudden crash in GPA is gonna make my application horrible. And should I apply earlier since both universities are rolling admissions or should I apply later so that I can send my 1st Marking Period Senior grades
