Chances [should I retake my ACT?]

I'm a junior looking at colleges, I just took my ACT for the first time scored a 30 and took my SAT in June and got an 1820. I didn't study for either of these tests and really don't want to go back and take them again if I don't have to. I have a 3.8 (unweighted), got a 5 on my APUSH exam, and have been in all honors all of high school save APUSH and AP Gov & Politics. I'm in Italian 4, AP next year, honors physics, honors pre-calc, etc. etc.

So if I'm looking at places like:
Rutgers Engineering
University of Chicago
University of Pennsylvania
University of Maryland
University of Illinois
Cornell University
Drexel University
Syracuse University

Should I retake my ACT/SAT?

P.S: I'm very involved with extracurriculars, am a section leader, vice-president of history honor society, member of many honor societies all that jazz.

If you are serious about schools like UChicago, Penn, and Cornell than you need to retake your ACT/SAT. For the other schools I think your scores fit in well

Thanks for the advice, I knew I had to retake it but I was hoping I wouldn’t.
