Ok, this year I'm only in 7th grade, but I've started looking at some prep schools, and Deerfield is my first choice! I would also go to Choate Rosemary Hall, Taft, or Andover! But am I even good enough? I just want to know what else I have to do to make myself stand out?

My Girl Scout troop is going to start working on a volunteering award soon (I think)
I might be able to peer-tutor in Social Studies

Awards:

Memorial Award, Highest Grade Point Average in my Class, Musical Recognition,
4th Quarter Honor Roll (they didn't have it for the other three quarters)

Summer 2011-
Won a 30 minute long endurance swim race across a river that is held at my
summer camp every year

7th Grade-
Honor Roll, Student of the Month

Teacher Relationships- Excellent

Other Projects- Petitioned the school to start a Debate Team, Petitioned the school to extend the Business Technology Class, I have a partner for the Science Fair in May, For our "Enrichment" Program (where some of us go when everyone else is in tutoring), my group conducted a Science Project that tested focus and concentration on math problems with different background music (it's kind of cliched, I know), Was a Criminal Defense Attorney in a mock trial held in our SS class that I came up with (I won the seemingly impossible case, even though the trial was set up by me and my partner so that I would lose!).

I'm kind of worried because I don't play soccer, basketball, lacrosse, etc. I might try out for Track and Field though this spring, if I can fit it into my schedule.
Do I need anymore ECs?
So, what else should I do, other than take the SSATs, interview, recommendations, etc.?
Everyone says that I'm doing fine, but I'm not sure...?

Thanks!
