Chances so far? UCLA/Tufts

I'm a white/Caucasian junior (1st semester) at a highly-competitive high school in Hawai'i. I want to know what you think my chances are so far of getting into a college such as UCLA or Tufts.

Freshman year:

Beginning Drawing (A) [Semester class]
Intermediate Drawing (B+) [Semester class]
Spanish 2 Honors (A)
World History (A)
Expository Writing (A)
Biology Honors (A)
Geometry Honors (A-)

UW: 3.89 W: 4.05

Sophomore Year:

Japanese 1 (A)
Spanish 3 Honors (A)
Chemistry Honors (A)
Algebra 2 Honors (A-)
World History (A)
World Literature (A)

UW: 3.94 W: 4.1

Junior Year (Current): (My grade trend is continuing, but I'm getting a "B" In Prealc Honors which I hope to raise throughout the year)

Precalculus Honors
AP US History
Spanish 4 Honors
Physics
Speech 1st Semester [2nd semester]
American Literature

My projected senior load is heavy, but it all depends on if the classes are compatible. I plan on taking AP Biology, AP Spanish, and AP Calculus, along with some normal courses and electives.

(I have taken every AP and Honors course offered by my school so far, with the exception of Physics Honors in Junior Year)

Class Rank: My school does not have this system

Athletics:

Tennis - Freshman, Junior, Senior
Cross Country - Sophomore, Junior, Senior
Paddling - Sophomore

Clubs:

Freshman -
Member of: Book Club, Best Buddies, Rotary Club
PAAC Worldquest Competition

Sophomore -
Member of: Math Club
Volunteered an entire week at Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park

Junior -
Co-head of a club raising money to support education in Cambodia, Member of Kids Helping Kids (volunteering at the Homeless shelter weekly), and I might join a club that volunteers at animal shelters

My Community Service so far is 100+ hours.. but I plan to rapidly increase that number this year, through the volunteer clubs I mentioned above, and through volunteerwork at a local hospital as an intern. (I plan on going into the medical field so this also might help)

I have also participated in many races around the island that benefit charity, such as Run for the Whales, in which I placed 1st, in 2012.

I am proficient in: English, Spanish, and Italian.
I have basic knowledge in: Japanese, Croatian, and Portuguese

Testing -

I have not taken the SAT nor the ACT yet...
What should I aim for? The practice tests suggest I will fall within the 2000+ range for the SAT. but again, you can never be sure until you actually take it.

So based on what you've seen so far - do you believe I have a standing chance for UCLA or Tufts? If not, how can I improve? thanks!

I’ll chance you at 2000.

UCLA: High match (OOS helps you somewhat but I wonder how many out-of-staters come from Hawaii)
Tufts: Reach (it’s a reach for anyone)

It’s very possible. Look for anyone in your position or has been in your position for advice. Reach for a high score on the SAT for sure.
