Subjective:
Recs- One is probably excellent, other very good
Essays- My counselor liked them both & said I have a gift for writing. Shrug.
For the personal essay, I wrote about how my love of the American Museum of Natural History in NYC prompted me to take an anthropology course at Brown, and how I not only learned about anthropology within a classroom setting, but also outside of the classroom, from the diversity of my peers... My best friends were from Bangladesh and South Korea.

State: New York

&Question:

The Georgetown app is only paper, so...

If I give my school the forms that they need to send this week, can I send my personal info - activites, essays, etc - in a separate envelope whenever I want (before Jan 10 of course)... Or does my school have to have everything and sent it together ... ?

You've got a great shot

Everything does not have to be sent together. Your school can send their forms and you can send off your Application Part II separately. They'll put it all together.

My school likes to send everything together, but I wanted to send my part of the application separately. I did it (for EA) and everything was received and matched up.

Do I have a good shot, anyone else ? So many people told me I had a good chance of being accepted to Penn ED, and I just got deferred. Feeling pretty crappy, but Georgetown's my second choice.
Any more insight is really appreciated (and congrats all EAers).
