Just visit the school. Lehigh's big on that. Even just once for a tour and talk with a couple professors from the biomed eng program.

Other than visiting, you're stats are a little higher that Lehigh average. If you're worried about not much club participation, play up your volunteer and work experience. Colleges like to see a lot of one or two things instead of minor participation in lots of clubs, hardly working, and a tiny volunteer work.

Just visit and you will almost certainly get in.

For SAT scores, Lehigh doesn't take the best scores from multiple tests. They only look at the test with the highest overall score. If you don't like english classes consider taking the SATs again. 750 on written will place you out of english 1 and 2, which is all engineers need. Even a 700 will place you out of english 1.

Lehigh actually takes the highest math and highest verbal score. They don't need to be from the same test. They will not evaluate writing for this year's applicants.

You do have a decent shot for Lehigh Biomedical Engineering.
Your ECs and SAT, SATII scores are good. Also you do have good cance to Cornell. You are in UMICH,Boston, Drexel, Rutgers.
