Chances/Suggest schools, por favor?

I'd really appreciate it if anyone would take a look at my scores and stats and let me know if you think I've got decent chances.

Gender: Female
Ethnicity: I'm white
Location: Tucson, AZ
College Class Year: 2012
High School: Private, religious affiliation (Christian)
High School Type: This year's valedictorian is heading to Wheaton, next year's is going to Hillsdale (or plans on it). I doubt we've ever sent someone Ivy League, lol.
demographics: 85% white, 15% hispanic, 0.001% black (we have one black student).

It's a private, college-prep school...but it's really not that "challenging", IMO.

Academics:

GPA - Unweighted: Maybe like a 93% or something?
GPA - Weighted: 4.3
Class Rank: no clue (they don't tell us anymore)
Class Size: 75

Scores:

SAT I Math: 570
SAT I Critical Reading: 700
SAT I Writing: 620

SAT II Math Level IC: 520
SAT II Literature: 680
(I think I might not submit these scores since they're so terrible.)

"Advanced" Courses--
Freshman year:
Honors Biology, Honors English, Honors World Geography

Sophomore year:
Honors English, Honors Geometry, Honors World History

Junior year:
AP English, AP US History, and Honors Algebra II

Senior year (next year):
AP English, AP US Government, Honors Physics (probably), and Honors Bible (this doesn't really count as an honors course, though, since it's not weighted or anything. It's just more difficult).

I got almost all A's freshman and sophomore years (probably a B+ or two somewhere), and all A's Junior year, and my GPA increased by 0.3 this year. So I guess it's an "upward trend."

Extras:
I'm pretty much going on art and graphic design as my "passion" so to speak.

Freelance graphic design and web development for private websites.

Director of Design for 2007 Dance Show.

2 years of Yearbook, and I'll probably be "editor in chief" next year (This is my main "leadership" position).

National Honors Society

Volunteer/Service Work: 60+ hours volunteering at the local library branch.

Honors and Awards: (these are lame, I know)

High honor roll every semester

Honorable mention in the science fair

"Blue Award" for Beginning Dance (my PE credit--I had the second highest "grade," LOL).

College Summer programs:
Well, I'm doing a summer program for two weeks, it's a Christian organization. There are like two colleges that you can get credit for doing it, but I don't think it enhances my application. It's largely academic, though.

The colleges I'm looking at now:
- Hampshire College
- Reed College
- Whitman College
- St. Olaf's College (possibly a safety or something)

I need safeties and reaches, too. I'd really appreciate some insight. :)

I'm looking for an intellectual atmosphere, a small student body (between 1,000 and 3,000 students), low staff:student ratio, liberal arts colleges, preferably in the West but I'm not limiting my search geographically. I need some places that would offer me some merit based scholarships, too. :)
