<p>Wolverine Access has my estimated financial aid package up. I am curious whether this is very close to the actual package I will get, or if the tax documents/extra info that I sent out the other day will potentially impact the package at all. IN the past have most of the estimated packages been close to the actual package offered?</p>
<p>It’s very close, if you provided all the information to them correctly at the initial stage(ie the basis of the initial aid estimate) If your tax info is the same as you reported before, you shouldn’t see a higher/lower aid by more than $1000. Usually it’s less than $500. I called and asked a while back when I was a high school senior.</p>
<p>It used to change a lot more when they used a FAFSA, but now, with CSS Profile, it tends to be more accurate.</p>
