I’m going to give you the honest truth, Binghamton is an amazing school, but with a 4.0 GPA you might be holding yourself back. On the other hand, being a current accepted student for class of 2019, I can tell you that Bing is such an amazing school. They are becoming more and more selective, as their application count broke records this year at a high 30,500+ with only 2,500 seats (12.2%). From a Bing Student I would just tell you to follow your heart, and the financial aid package.
@TheoMason I know it’s becoming competitive that’s why i only consider it a reach :[ I researched the minimum SAT score and it’s about 1200+ with Reading and Math and 1800 with all three.
I respectfully disagree with advice to “follow your heart”. I’m not even sure that is good advice for dating. I know it isn’t when applied to college and career. I’d give the OP the opposite advice. Clear thinking and good planning is a much better plan. What does “mostly going toward Business right now with all the experience i have gather in” mean? If you can express your interests, career goals, and high school experiences clearly you are likely to get much better advice. Are you suggesting that you plan to major in Business? Your overall GPA and scores are not enough to base any advice on.
