Chances to BU without AP?

Hi,
I’ve grown my interest to BU School of Hospitality, because of their regular mailing about the information of the school. I thought it was something that not many colleges can’t do.

I’m currently a high school junior with 3.7 cumulative gpa, and doing enough ECs and volunteers. I will be taking SAT I and IIs hoping to hit about 1200+. Do I have a chance? According to the booklet that they sent me, only little number of students had got into school of hospitality.

I’m an immigrant (5yrs)… and since I’m junior, i have less chance of getting into APs since I don’t have any honors. But I think I can apply to AP Literature and take some APS.

What is the difference between taking AP test and taking a AP class?

Could you please help me?

Hospital: 500 hrs
Honor band
many club activities
Travel Industry Management Hospitality related volunteering (ex: University of Hawaii T.I.M Night)
Internship at hotel

etc

Thank you.

I don't think it will be that much of a problem, as long as you continue to challenge yourself and get decent SAT scores.

Thank you for an encouragement. Do you mean 'challenge' as of putting myself in a shoes of community (Extra Curricular, challenging classes, school leaderships etc)?

As in don't slack off and take easier courses, but I guess also continue to dedicate yourself to whatever ECs you have and be a leader.

i hate BU. BU is the worst college ever. i hate BU. BU is the worst college ever.

i agree. i hate BU. BU is the worst college ever.

Haha... More room for us! ;)

that was clever...s/he created one sn, posted once, and then created another in an attempt to make us believe two people, with almost identical names, both hate BU...

wow.

I do believe that that person intended for us to realize they are one in the same.
