<p>With that GPA it’s a bit iffy. If you can pay full tuition, your chances improve a ton. Your EC’s don’t really say anything about who you are or what you want to pursue in college–I suggest picking out some safeties. There are a lot of schools (eg University of Alabama, University of Mississippi) that give free tuition to IS and OOS kids with scores like yours. Look into which ones could be feasible for someone like you.</p>
