Chances to get in: UC

Hi guys, i was just wondering my chances of getting into:
1. UCSD
2. UCSC
3. Any other UC's (or good colleges you would recomend in California)

Current GPA (minus freshman year) as a second semester Junior: 3.8-3.9 weighted.

SAT scores:
Critical Reading 710
Math 660
Writing 610

I haven't taken the SAT IIs yet, but i will be.

Ive had a steady job for the past 3.5 years, member of poetry club, and have done some charity work, such as invisible children (i dont know if this matters, considering i dont have the req comunity service hours.

I'm a citizen of southern California, and have no rank at school, being that they do not rank us.

As of now, my plan is to have my major in engineering, with a minor in business(i think)

Finally, i was wondering if its too late to get more involved? i still have a year ahead of me and im willing to do it, and does my steady job help me here?

Thanks for your help guys, this would really be a godsend to me, because im having trouble looking at colleges realistically.

UCB/UCLA: Reach (Engineering)
UCSD: Slight Reach (Engineering)
UCI/UCSB/UCD: Match
UCSC/UCR/UCM: Safe Match

I think all the UC's are a good match for you except UCLA/UCB (slight reach)

UC BERKELEY/UCLA: Reach/Slight Reach
UCSD: Slight Reach

Everything other UC you should be in.
