Chances to get into Cornell, Uni. of Penn???

thanks for explaining that.
Do you think I am fit for cornell?

raise the CR score and your gpa... you need to try!!! because that gpa isnt much

ok I will try that.
That GPA is unweighted, and I took AP classes.

I am trying to get straight As this semester and will try to get As senior year too.

My cousin studies at Cornell currently. Do you guys think that might help me?

yea try to bring up CR and do ED than u will probably be fine....don't worry about the money....financial aid at ivies are pretty good

does legacy help? and.. if I do ED, what will happen if I get deferred?

bump.. 10char

Well, I think that you have a chance, but probably just that - a chance. Your application doesn't sound like it's going to give you a heads up over anyone else, but you'll at least be in the running. I'm not trying to sound harsh, but I'm giving advice as I'm seeking it - honestly. I would try to come up with some good safety or match schools. I would consider Cornell and UPenn both upper level reaches for you.

My cousin studies at Cornell currently. Do you guys think that might help me?
Yes and no; he/she can tell you how Cornell is in his perspective, but he isn't considered legacy

does legacy help? and.. if I do ED, what will happen if I get deferred?
It helps; if you are deferred, then your application goes into the regular decision pool of applicants.
