How much of a chance for Duke?

The biggest issue is whether you can get the score into range. That would mean a 500 point rise which doesn’t happen often if English is your first language. And 500 more points would put you at the low end of the unhooked range. After that you’d need very good ECs which you’re not showing. So unfortunately, low chance.

What ECs are they looking for? The SAT will rise because I took this over a year ago. Would subject tests be better to submit?

Yeah…you really need to bring that score up…if you do, and if you pull off all A’s, I’d say you have a decent chance * if * your essays are amazingly awesome.

No chance with that SAT, but if you can get a >600 point increase you have decent chances.

What are your AP scores, ACT, PLAN, PSAT, and SAT 2s, if any?
