<p>I'd say a slight reach....your umich gpa is the thing thats holding you back...everything else seems good...but the average umich gpa for an oos applicant is like 3.75...and umich really looks hard at gpas...</p>

<p>Your rank is 23 out of how many students? I would say that Michigan is a match for you. As Gumba and Kinch point out, your GPA is slightly lower than the Michigan range, but your SAT more than makes up for it.</p>
