Chances to my DREAM SCHOOLS??

Hi! I'm Currently a Junior in HS and I live in Illinois. Unfortunately, I hate the midwest and would absolutely love to move out west to study. I'm particularly looking for a college that would give me a good amount of merit-based financial aid, as I don't want thousands of dollars of student debt after graduation. Nonetheless, below are my top 7 schools, ordered from highest rank to least. If you guys could let me know which school(s) is most appropriate for me, I would LOVE the help! Thanks!!

I was thinking the same thing. UCSD is my top choice right now, but everyone needs their reach schools :)

BUMP I would like some more input as to what schools I would be able to get into with some decent financial aid

Well…Public schools don’t give good merit aid or financial aid - especially for out of state students. Look into private colleges.

Like what? There’s no good ones on the west coast. Of course there’s USC, but that’s a reach for me

bump. what west coast priv schools would be a good fit for me?

Check out the Claremont colleges, seeing as though you listed Cali schools on your list a few times…

hm, I’ll check it out. thx!

UC Berkeley- match
USC- low reach
UCLA- match
UCSD- low match
UCSB- low match
U Oregon- safety
