Chances to this School under late decision

<p>I applied to University of Florida for regular decision II. My stats are the following:</p>

<p>Male
African American
top 5%
4.1 GPA
SAT: 1200 (verbal 600, Math 600)
10 AP courses
Private High school</p>

<p>Thank you. I was wondering how hard it is to get accepted to UF in the regular deicsion II period if you list that you want to do Summer B term. I go to a private school and I have low test scores, thus I am retaking the SAT this month for their reg decicion 2 deadline....I am a minority, I have 10 APs and I have a 4.1 GPA, and I have done track for 2 years by the way lol. So is it hard to get into this period even if you list summer B as your term?</p>

<p>Your GPA is right on the money for UF, but your SAT M+V is a little low. Middle 50% SAT M+V is 1220 to 1390. I don't know whether it's hard to get into their summer B term as a Freshman, but if you can push your M+V above 1250, you stand a good chance - in general - of being accepted. If you haven't already, I suggest at the very least buying an SAT study book (Princeton Review, Kaplan, etc.) and studying your buns off.</p>
