Anyways, I've posted one of this before but there has been some changes. So I was wondering, what are my chances of getting into UCLA as of now?

Major: Global Studies(Brand new major)
-Will be IGETC certified by the time of transfer
-Will be done with all major prep course work by the time of transfer

GPA: 3.5-3.7

EC's:
-Hospital Volunteer.
-Animal Shelter work.
-Working abroad in an Argentinean zoo and Clinic(Summer 2006).

Personal qualities(will talk about it in personal statement):
-Raised in Malaysia till age of 13, Mandarin and the language of instruction.
-Proficient in Mandarin and Spanish
-Raised in a Chinese and Burmese upbringing

^I felt that talking about these personal qualities would be especially helpful towards my specific major. "Globalization" and what not. You get the picture.

Hmm... I don't know why you don't have an exact GPA. The UC GPA should be the commulative GPA with your Fall 2005 updated grades.
I'll be back to this post when you have an exact GPA (not range)
