Hi I’m a senior from Grand Blanc high school, the largest high school in Michigan. I applied to umich Early action and this Is my profile:
Gpa w: 4.103 (+1.0 for ap) rank:18/691 percentile: 97%

I basically take all honors and ap classes and earn mostly A’s and no lower than a B
Freshman: english 9, woodshop, honors algebra 2, honors ips, health/gym, world
Sophomore: english 10, ap stats (score a 4), honors precalc, honors chem, us history, biology
Junior: ap micro, macro(score 5/4), ap calc bc(score 5-subscore 5), ap chem (score 4), ap gov(score 2), American lit, yearbook lab
Senior: ap physics 1, ap comp sci A, yearbook lab, yearbook editor, humanities, dual enrollment multivariate calculus(mth 222) at u of m flint

My back up school is wayne state bc they give out scholarships, then loyola msu u of m flint and kettering.
My reach schools are columbia northwestern usc and berkley. But I’m just really trying to make sure i get into umich because of the full ride.

@samuelsch99 Don’t apply to UC Berkeley given your financial situation. They are phasing out OOS financial aid to fund the enrollment of 10,000 new in-state California students.
