Chances to william paterson or rutgers?

So i took my sat for the first time and i didnt really study i got a 1520 and yes i know you are all protegees on here who get 2200 on their first try but unfortunately i can not do that. Im not here to argue i know your all smart people no argument.
I got a 450 for reading, a 490 for math, and a 580 for my writing. Now im really interested in a business major and the schools i was really looking at were William Paterson and Rutgers Newark and Montclair maybe. Do i have a good chance in getting into any of them?
Also i know its a really broad question but can i expect to make anywhere near 6 figures with a bachelor's or master's degree if i graduate from any of these colleges.Because to be honest the only thing motivating me to get a degree is that i can make more money but i just wanna know what i could expect with a masters or bachelors in business management or entrepreneurship?
As for extra curricular activites:
Was on the basketball team for a year
Volunteered at a nursing home
Volunteered at a company
Interned at a father's company
I know i dont have crazy EC but i dont know im hoping maybe they can do something.
Be honest about my chances.

Thanks

GPA/rank please…

Yeah sorry im just so worked up of the SAT i forgot about the GPA. Well im between a B and High C student so i guess between 2.5 to 3.0. As for rank im in a private school with like 15 people in my entire senior class. I wasn’t top 3 and thats all they tell us. But yeah i take all honors classes if that helps and i take community college courses on the side which i have all B’s in. Ive taken english 101 and 102. Psychology and Sociology and now im taking a racism course too.

can someone please give me an answer?

From what I know about state schools I think that Rutgers may be a reach school… On average they would prefer about an 1800 but you definitely might have a chance, work on bringing up your GPA a little more it will go a long way! I don’t really know about William Paterson’s stats but you can check ■■■■■■■■■■, they provide really good graphs of the standing of the average admissions to both schools. Hope this helps!
