Chances??? UC + CSU

I love UCSD and UCSB so basically those are the only schools I care about, but could you also share you thoughts on my chances to UCLA, UCI, SDSU, Cal Poly, and UCSC....Because that would be GREAT!!!

My Grades + AP's and Honors Classes

10th Grade = 3.67 (Honors Math Analysis)
11th Grade = 4.33 (AP Calculus, Honors Chemistry, Honors Spanish 3, AP English)
Notice The Singnificant Improvement
Senior Schedule = AP Statistics, AP Physics, AP Psychology, AP English, AP Gov/Econ, Journalism
UC GPA = 3.92

I took all of the AP and Honors classes I could have taken besides APUSH, but the teacher sucked and I didn't want my gpa to fall any lower because of that.

SAT's = I haven't taken it yet, but assume I don't fall below 1800 and end up somewhere around 2000 (that is a reasonable score, i may even scorer higher)
SAT 2's = I know I'm taking Math2 and Chem and assume I atleast pull a 650 on both (possibly 700+ on math)

EC's = I don't have a lot, but I feel throughout high school I've done enough....
Tennis - 4 years
Key Club (VP) - 4 years
Relay 4 Life - 5 years (it's a big thing considering my brother and my mom have cancer)
Recycling Club - 2 years
Journalism (1 of the editors) - 2 years
Sign Language Club - 3 years
Volleyball Club (Tres.) - 2 years
CSF (VP) - All of high school
Other various awards....

So what would be my chances to UCLA, UCSD, UCI, UCSB, Cal Poly, UCSC, and SDSU

By the way I live in California and I'm an ELC Candidate.... My weighted gpa from 10-11 is around a 4.1 so that makes me top 4% at my school.....only about 16 get 4.0 and above out of 700 students.

I look at my chances like this...

UCLA - Reach (No way)
UCSD - Slight Reach/Match (If you understand the UCSD point system....the cut off was around 7400/7500 pts. according to what I have, I score around 8500, so I see myself as a match.....and I used an 1900 for my sat's and 625's as my sat 2's.)
UCI - Match (My stats are similar to their averages and I feel I can get in)
UCSB - Match (If I don't get in I will be devastated)
Cal Poly - Match/Safe Match (I'm not picking a competetive major so I feel I have a good shot)
UCSC - Safety (...and that's the only reason I'm applying)
SDSU - Safety (If I can't get in here I don't know what I'll do.....but I love this school so it's the perfect back-up)

Again any comments would be great....I feel I have a decent shot at my dream schools. I just want a little confirmation. Well have a great day, and I'm hoping for some great replys.....Thanks

I think you've done an excellent job at rating your own chances at these schools--I agree with every one with the exception of Cal Poly SLO, which I rank as a match only (not match to safe match). But then I'm not considering your non-competitive major, so maybe you are more accurate.

SoCal18:

UCLA: Reach
UCSD: Slight Reach
UCI/UCSB: Match
UCSC: Safe Match
