Looking at UCLA, UCSD, UCSB, UCD, UCI, University of Southern California, Whitman College,Boston University

I am a Resident of California

Thanks :)

Anyone? :D

UC Berkeley/UCLA: Reach (SAT)
UCSD: Slight Reach (SAT)
UCI/UCSB/UCD: Match-Safe Match
USC: Slight Reach
BU: Match

Perhaps I should only submit my ACT scores? Or is my ACT out of range as well

UC's accept ACT scores

Adonalmao:

UCLA: Reach
UCSD: Slight Reach
UCI/UCD/UCSB: Match

How could I pull that UCLA from a Reach to a Slight Reach? What would I need to improve on my application? Could killer essays do that?

I've just taken a practice SAT. I got a 1970, if I were to get that score on the real thing, would UCLA become a slight reach?

a 1970 SAT would make UCLA a slight reach.

Your stats with a 1970 SAT Score:

UC Berkeley: Slight Reach
UCLA: Slight Reach
UCSD: Match
USC: Match
BU: Safe Match
UCI: Safe Match/Safety
UCSB: Safe Match/Safety
