What are your SAT scores without the writing section?

why does it matter... uc's weight writing equally with math and verbal.

bump...........

well, last year applicants with a gpa 3.7-3.99 weighted were 15 percent to make it to UCLA and 11 percent to make it to Cal. Those who do make it generally had a fairly high SAT score, definitely at least 21+ to be competitve where EXC then become the tie breaker. Now take into account with the influx of applicants to both schools that those rates will go down most likely and with a 1960 unfortunatley u are a reach to both schools. UCSD is more of a slight reach. their avg gpa is a 4.06 and a 1950 but again with influx of applicants those numbers can chance. I would not be suprised if u got in but depends on ur major. Pre-med at UCSD is one of the hardest programs to get into regarding undergrad med so it depends. Everything else you should be a match for and get into.

i'm going under a social sciences undeclared/ L&S undeclared if that makes a difference for ucsd or the others
