I’m currently a High School junior in Wake County (NC) and I was wondering what my chances are for NCSU and UNC-CH.
Objective:
SAT: 1300 (620 math, 680 EBRW)- this was my first time taking the SAT so I will hopefully improve next time!
ACT: n/a
SAT II: I’m signing up to take a US history subject test (and possibly a Bio one)
GPA: 3.9 (UW), 4.5 (W)
Rank: top 9% (out of approximately 550)
AP (scores on parenthesis): APHUGS (4), AP Art History (4), APUSH, APES, AP Lang, AP US gov and politics, AP Psych*

-I’m also dual enrolled in Wake Tech if that makes any difference (classes so far: SOC 210, GEL 111)

I know my SAT scores aren’t great but I was wondering if I had a chance to get into either NCSU of UNC-CH (mainly UNC!). And since I’m a junior, is there anything I can do to increase my chances? thanks!
