and - both parents went to penn for undergrad, dad has Ph.D and Masters from penn, and my dad teaches economics as the penn’s SAS and finance at Wharton

will this connection compensate for my below average SAT scores? what are my chances? ill answer more questions if you want to know more

definately... sometimes an applicant's GPA and high school activities don't always match that person's SATs, you have great ECs and a double legacy and child of a professor... ED to college... solid chances despite low SATs and SAT IIs

anyone else??

legacy very good
I still would call this a reach school due to your sats but you got a shot for shure

Clearly affluent.. not sure if should've even included that kayaking trip; demonstrates that you have money and thus, the adcoms will expect more from you.

But legacy definitely helps for ED.

anyone else

I think any student with your stats has a great chance, but the legacy will definately get you in.

i dont think i can wait any longer to find out... others?

wow...double legacy plus your dad's a professor at wharton? in.
