<p>For Penn, UChicago, and WUSTL, I would advise you to try to improve your SAT scores to be more competitive. Your rank and GPA are very good, but I think you need to bolster your ECs a little. And I wouldn't put band on there (I also did band in 9th and 10th, then quit and I don't plan on putting it on my resume) unless you won personal awards.
I think you have very good chances at the UC schools.
I would need to know more about you to chance you for rice or the other schools.</p>
