<p>You have a good shot at NYU so do apply.
UPenn is a high reach but if you can,give it a shot and really try to ace the essays. From What I’ve head Penn really want students who will contribute to Penn and make the most of Penn’s resources. So yeah try and kill that Why Penn supplement. (Your GPA though is on the lower side but you have a good SAT score)
Also you NEED SAT subject test for UPenn. </p>
