Low reach-SAT is slightly low but class rigor is fine and you have dedicated ECs. AP scores look good too .

Also it would be a good idea for you to check Naviance to see how you stack up against previous WashU admits from your school. California is pretty competitive for WashU admissions.

Communication Design (so Art)

Chances should be good for Sam Fox. I could also see you as a History major/minor given the AP Euro/USH scores. And the SAT score should be within range for Fox. Good luck!
