<p>You don’t have the scores for most of these schools so the real question is will your ECs make up for that. Maybe. Schools like Wharton will especially parse what you’ve really done in business. Probably more than half of their applicants claim to be successful entrepreneurs. Just read these boards.</p>

<p>If they determine a rich, connected dad wasn’t behind your opportunities, maybe the ECs can overcome the scores.</p>

<p>You think my scores are bad? I thought I was only about 50 points below average on the SAT for Wharton, at least that’s what US News says. I think on SAT 2s, I am slightly above average. My class rank is right on spot, top 3%.</p>
