Chances with a 3.5 weighted GPA?

Hey everyone, I am a junior in highschool looking into music programs in universities and I'm just wondering what my chances are for getting into the music programs in the following schools:
NYU Steinhardt
Stanford University Department of Music
University of Chicago Department of Music
Peabody Institute Of The Johns Hopkins University

My highschool resume currently:
Weighted GPA: 3.5

I played Piano for 8 years and can submit a classical piece
I played Guitar for 2 years and can submit songs I have arranged
I took some SAT prep at Colgate University (College Experience)
I teach a sunday school class at (catholic) church and I have served as an Alter boy for more than 2 years. Im not sure if I can take Community Service hours from it though.
Took choir in freshman year, just regular choir, but I did audition and get into an honors choir. I did not take the class however due to my filled sophomore year schedual but I plan to take it senior year.
Honors Band (Wind Ensemble)
Guitar Class in school (no honors level for this class)
2 AP's so far. APUSH and AP Music Theory
I can submit a vocal recording as well, but that depends on if i should or should not submit the piano/guitar recordings.
SAT's 1930
Retaking in the Winter and hopefully getting around 2000
SAT 2 I plan on taking Math 2 and Korean. (I can pretty much ace Korean)

Recommendations are stellar I have 2 so far, should I have more?

I am also considering the Manhattan School of Music
