Congratulations on those schools. I’m an instater for uMass Amherst; my sister applied there with a very high GPA and got in with multiple scholarships. Her SAT score for Reading and Math was 1390 (her writing was significantly worse).
It may be possible because she had barely any ECs unlike you do, but I wouldn’t expect many scholarships from them because you are out of state!

Hopefully. I’ve heard (maybe a rumor) that Eastern schools, such as uMass prefer SAT scores, but your ACT score is alright. Tell us if you get in!

Thanks for the update! It’s always GREAT when students ask for chances, then reveal what really happened.
Are you leaning toward one or the other at this point?
What about cost - if you look at (tuition, fees, room&board) - (scholarships and grants), can you list the cost of each university you’ve been admitted to?
You’re very welcome! I always thought what’s the point if I didn’t update it. I’m leaning towards Ohio University as my second option, and obviously UMass as my number one. Ohio U is my cheapest school because I got $28,000 in scholarships, second being ASU because I got the same amount. Unfortunately my third choice, George Mason, is the most expensive at $45,000/year (tuition, room and board, books, other expenses). UMass is second highest at $42,000/year. However, I would happily pay that if I were accepted
