anyone?????

this is a pretty tough call. there are many factors that work for you and many against you. first of all you are OOS, meaning that your application will have to be above par to get in. however you are applying to CNR, a college notorious for easy acceptance. your weighted gpa is mediocre and your SAT/SATII scores are not pretty. remember that what berkeley weighs the most in the decision making process are your scores. the fact that you were so involved in EC's is good, but do not carry the same weight. i'd honestly say that you have a 50-50 chance.

I didn't know CNR was "notorious for easy acceptance"...
well, whatever.
Everything else looks pretty solid except for your SAT scores:( I mean, I'm not the one who's making the decision...but I really don't know about the SATI and SATII scores...esp. math IIC, because its average score(nationally) is pretty high... well hopefully, since you took it again this Dec, you'll get better result back. And I'd say just hope for the best:) gluck.

You're saying a 4.18 weighted GPA is mediocre? You know Berkeley's average weighted GPA of acceptet students is 4.26 right? That's not that much of a difference, wow you're harsh

yeah my december SATII Math IIC score was 630.

So my SATII scores are: 630 (Math IIC) and 670 (Spanish)
