Seriously although you seem to have a very good record and would get into a lot of colleges, MIT doesnt accept a lot of transfer applicants and I bet those 6 were extremely exceptional and had amazing hooks. I hope you get in but wouldn't count on it.</p>
<p>I was hopeful like you once but everyone told me that I have no chance despite my national math prizes etc... Now I just tell myself that my GPA will probably higher if I transfer to another top school and in the long run I'd be better off (grad school).

Why dont you try caltech? I am not going to have time for it... Maybe I should reconsider... It's a nice place to do physics.</p>
