bump (10 char)

bump.

i will chance back.

ugh bump (10 char)

Be sure to check out the College Visits reports especially for Bates.

I think you have a good shot at bates, but with it being the most reclusive Maine college, i know little about it. I get the impression it puts strong emphasis on writing which you seem to be good at.

Yeah I have checked that out before and I've visited Bates. I love it =]

45 views and barely any chances. =[

I think you'll be fine for everything. Your GPA is not bad, your SAT is better than average, and you have passionate ECs, especially with the election organizing. However, make sure you don't write about your political views in your essays. Good luck!

well, bryn mawr and smith will love you. i'd say you're definitely in for both of those. fordham...i dont know as much about, but its a match. as for bates, im not really qualified to say.

chance me back please?

oh btw, you do a great job focusing on your area of interest in your extracurriculars, etc.

does anyone have an opinions about BC, NYU, and Wellesley?

Yes, you have a shot at Bates. Just know that you will encounter some idiot athletes while you are there. I live in Maine and the two people to go last year had sat scores OUT OF 2400 of 1430 and 1610. The two athletes this year are 1560 and 1890. For non-athletes, they put a lot of emphasis on writing, just make sure your essays are up to your standards.

Can you chance me back?

bump (10 char)

I think u have a good shot at BC, Villanova, and College of the Holy Cross. I don't know much about the other schools. Good luck!

don't sell yourself short. You have a good shot at BC and NYU. I'm not too familiar with Wellesley though

If you are interested in Holy Cross, be sure to interview there with an admissions officer. They have a reputation for rejecting students that they don't think are serious about attending the college.

I had an interview actually. It went pretty well, but not my best interview.

american university-in/match
smith college-match
bryn mawr college-high match
saint joseph's university (EA)-very good chance/in
Bates (pretty much my number 1 choice!)-good shot
Fordham University (EA)-good chance
NYU-high match
Boston College-slight reach
Wellesely-slight reach

I Chanced you for all those that i'm familiar with.
Chance me back?? Please.

But, for the most part, you are a very strong candidate!

bump (10 char)

bump.
i'd like to get a few more opinions on my reach schools.
