Chances with USC and NYU?

<p>So I posted a similar thread before my senior year, but now I'm halfway through and wondering if this will up my chances?
Really only worried about lack of EC's and SAT/ACT...</p>

<p>GPA: uw=4.0 w=4.5

SAT: 1690 CR: 550 MA: 520 Wri: 620 essay: 8
ACT: 21 Eng: 21 MA: 20 Sci: 22 Rea: 19
AP's: AP World, AP Literature (Not going to report final exam scores. W=1 L=2)
COLLEGE CLASSES: English 100 - A; Math 135 - A; Psychology 100 - A; Spanish 102 -A; CURRENTLY TAKING: Chem 151 plus lab, Political Science 110, Math 140, and History 151 (Getting all A's so far.)</p>

<p>EC's:
-Work 30 hours a week.
-Junior High volunteer at church since 2010
-Volunteer to help homeless ministry with food bank since 2013
-Played volleyball (team setter) Season of 2010
-Part of Christian club at school since 2010-present</p>

<p>Awards/Honors:
-Honor Roll 2005-present
-Completion of 2010 Season of JV Volleyball 2010
-Gates finalist (does this count?)</p>

<p>Other:
-Did 7th and 8th grade consecutively (7th at school, 8th at home)
-Taking all college classes at University for dual accreditation senior year.
-By graduation will have 5 years worth of classes in Math (up to Math 140) and Science (PS, Human Phys, Bio, Physics, and Chem 151+Lab), 6 years History classes, and 3 years of Spanish + 2 years of arts.</p>

<p>-out of state (hawaii)
-filipino, mexican, african american, creole, italian, french black, norwegian, jewish, asian, white
-neither parent went to college making me the first in my family</p>

<p>You have amazing grades but your testing is not on par with these two universities. I would say they are both reaches. You still have a chance!! Best of luck.</p>
