<p>hm..unless i'm reading it completely wrong, it seems like it's separated by grade level, rather than leadership/participation/etc.</p>

<p>i think that the most important thing isn't format as much as the accomplishments; format just makes what you have done stand out more. but anyways, i think what you're looking for isn't critiques on how the resume is written but whether what you've done is "good enough". if there was a standard "good enough", i think you're definitely on it. good luck applying!
