Chances?

I know there are always a million of these, but I'm just interested in feedback.

Stats:
SAT I:1460 (CR: 770 M: 690); 2190 w/ Writing (730)
SAT II: Biology 730, Math II 660 Lit 660

Class Rank: 2 of 404 (Public High School)
GPA: Weighted 4.58 Unweighted 4.0

AP Scores/Courses: Biology (5), World History (5), English Language (5), US History (4), Psychology (5) [I took AP Chem, but won't report my score. Ran out of room on the app, it will be on my transcript]

Current Course load: AP Calculus AB, AP Physics B (school doesn't offer C), AP Art Studio, AP Government, Biotechnology 1,2 (dual credit as a college course), AP English Lit.
I took literally all but three AP courses that my school offers. Toughest course load available. Took several fine arts and was in band.

EC: Science in the City (a program at my school that takes girls on job shadows and field trips to hospitals and biology labs to network and gain exposure to the scientific community), Soccer (JV Captain 2 years), Varsity Lacrosse 4 years, Internship at a biology lab, Assistant Coach for AYSO soccer (little kids, really fun experience), started a tutoring program for Biology students in my school, tutored at middle school, Link Crew Leader (basically a tutoring/mentoring program for incoming freshmen. I work with the ones that flunk out of their classes in order to get them back on track to graduate).

Also, might e-mail school to add this: President of a start-up biotech company that sells buffers (I JUST got this position, we've been working on starting up the company since September). Already submitted the common app to another school for early action, so I can't actually edit it.

I'm pretty sure my essay is strong. I'm applying for the College of Engineering as an intended major in Biological Engineering.

Thoughts?
