<p>I would love love love to get into Northeastern as it is my top school, but I'm so nervous! I applied EA btw</p>

<p>gpa: 3.45 on a 5.0 scale, it was a 3.6 last year but dropped because I had a family crisis which my school counselor explained in her letter of recommendation
sat: 560 reading
620 math
610 writing
(1790 overall)
freshman year: all honors
sophomore year: all honors except for college prep math and science
junior year: all honors except for college prep math
senior year: all honors and 1 AP</p>

<p>EC: president of my high schools blood drive, 2 years of work experience at art house movie theater, lots of community service 4 years of participating in National French Contest, officer of Service League club, biked to montreal from massachusetts in 2 weeks over the summer with a program, started club at my school, rowed Crew and played volleyball freshman year + more</p>

<p>my essay topic was my house burning down and the aftermath, and i showed it to a lot of people and it floored them</p>

<p>honestly do I have at least a shot at getting in? I'm so nervous!!</p>

<p>your SAT’s are a little bit low, but you still have a decent chance depending on your essay, recommendations, etc… </p>

<p>I would say its in between a reach and a match, but definitely possible.</p>
