<p>It's harder for outer-state to get in, but from your stats... I would say at least UCI and better... UCSD, UCLA, UCSD...

<p>well.. your stats and your background for UC admission is great,,, but the thing is that you are from outside the state. If you lived in CA, I think you could get into UCLA for sure.(or mostl likely, they're really random) but i don't think UCLA is an impossibility for you though...sorry I can't say for sure. But surely you do have a good chance at it :)</p>
