The deadlines for apps now may be too late as far as the MOCs, but if you can, go for it or wait till next year, you look pretty well rounded.

You have a great profile but hornetguy is right in that you may be a bit late for the nomination process this year. Check all possible sources of nominations and try to get all paperwork in asap. This takes time as you will need teacher reference letters and transcripts. Also, try to get in touch with your local Admissions rep (MALO) so that you can be "in process" as quickly as you can. Be prepared to explain why you have decided to go through this process as you would not earn credit for your freshman year in college. I commend you for the decision. Lots of people will be here to help. Best of luck to you.

I already handed in my completed application for a nomination to my local congressman and also to one of my senators last week, both before the deadline. West Point has everything except for one of my techer recs and I still need to take the CFA. I am waiting for the results from DODMERB, I took my physical and eye exam on October 10th. I also have a brother that attends, I'm not sure if that helps.

I dunno if your brother there helps, but it sounds like you're in good order. Good luck!
