Chances?

I'm a senior this year and applying to ED. My GPA and SAT scores aren't the best, but I've been told Wash U doesn't always accept the best, expecting them to turn them down and go to an Ivy. I toured the campus over spring break last year, and just want to know my chances.

SAT:
V - 670
M - 670
W - 570 (definitely needs improving...I know...I'm gonna be doing that soon)

SAT IIs: taking math and lit in December

ACT:
32 composite
English - 34 (gonna get it up to a 36 in December hopefully)
Math - 32 (aiming for a 34)
Reading - 35
Science Reasoning - 27 (I don't like that portion...)
waiting on writing score

Top 10%, 3.89 GPA (should be 3.92 by end of the year...screwed myself over 6th semester)

I also organized a benefit concert for an organization that helps to research a few heart conditions I have...should I include this in my ECs or just count it toward CS hours?

Your courses are ok, and your GPA is fine, but you have what I like to call the Laundry List on your application. Pick 7 of those that are the most important to you. You can also send in a resume if you want.

*Edit: That's just CS hours for the benefit. I'd say you have god a chance as any.
