I think I would have a decent chance at Georgetown and it's becoming my second choice, but unfortunately I'm petrified they're just going to laugh at me because of the essays. I'm having so much trouble with their questions! What can I do?

Anyone????

You have a great chance. The only thing that might hurt you a tiny bit is your rank because Georgetown is really big on rank. But top 5% is still pretty darn good. Also your courseload might raise some eyebrows- how far away are you from the hardest possible course load? Are we talking 1 or 2 classes or a whole bunch?

What school are you applying to at G-Town?

I'm applying to SFS and I've taken Honors/AP English, History, and Language but accelerated Science and Math courses throughout high school

Sounds like you have a pretty good chance... Good luck!
