So yeah about 25% of my school gets accepted to ucla each year and I wanna know if I'll be one of them!
Stats: white guy from the south bay with a 4.5 uc gpa (4.0 uw)
I have a 2110 sat ( 790M 700W 620R) I know my reading score is awful haha :/
National honors society, hopefully valedictorian, ~50 community service hours each year, varsity lacrosse, varsity soccer, club soccer captain, and I'm gonna coach an ayso u8 soccer team this year for prolly 4-5 hours / week. Umm top 9% of my class (my school is ranked #5 public school in Cali) andddddd yeah I wanna be a bio major!

Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys

I think you are fine to get in. Next year, SAT2 subject tests are no longer required. However, I think most applicants still took or are taking SAT2, no idea if SAT2 will improve the chance or not. Bio is competive major.

Since you want to be bio major, maybe you can try SAT2 Bio and make sure you can get a good score? Your STAT is good but it is not clear how rigorous your classes are, how many a-g you have…

I’m taking bio2 ap this year
I took apush, physics b ap, eng3 honors for my weighted classes this year and I have bio2 ap, Lang ap, gov ap, Econ ap as my weighted classes nxt year.

And I have done well over the requirement for my a-g’s
