I think you have a chance because of your background, but it will be very difficult. Wharton RD is extremely competitive; Wharton's acceptance rate is much lower than the rate for the rest of Penn. Also, they really favor ED applicants, so RD will hurt you. Your scores are probably on the low side for Wharton, and your GPA is about average.

You also don't seem to have unique EC's or strong leadership, which is very important to them. I was rejected with much higher scores because I had no leadership and mediocre (at best) ECs. In addition, you don't have any business experience and have below average math scores (for Wharton); this doesn't help your chances.

Overall, I give your chances 10% - probably very close to the RD acceptance rate.

I know 4 Languages: Spanish, Norwegian, English, Hindi. How much will this help for Huntsman? Spanish puts me in touch with Portugese, and Norwegian with the whole of Scandinavia. Feels neat to be able to communicate with the whole of South America, North America, parts of Asia and africa, and a large part of Europe...

bump...any more opinions on my chances?

Since im applying for Huntsman, can anyone say if they will count my math? how about knowing 4 languages (3 fluent, 1 intermediate)
