You look like a strong applicant with that coursework and those grades and scores. Colgate loves smart, hardworking, successful students (every college does, of course) and it particularly loves athletes. Unfortunately, I don’t think Colgate has water polo. So, if you planned to play in college, that might be a negative. If not, your other athletics would help. And Colgate has a great swim team. You probably have those powerful water polo muscles which would help with swimming! It’s hard to ‘guess’ about admissions which are always unpredictable, but I’d say you have a pretty good chance. Only if you apply, though. Very little chance if you don’t apply. I’m pretty confident about that last statement.

About Robivenna’s interests, water polo is a club sport and not one of Colgate’s 25 varsity sports. You can see the offerings and contacts on colgate.edu, student life, recreation. Further, the women’s swimming team is predicted to win the Patriot League title again this season- as shown at gocolgateraiders.com

Best of luck with your application; improving your SATs will most certainly help!
