Chances?

GPA - 4.00 (Highest GPA possible at my school)
Class Rank - Top 5%
Rigor - Extreme (I've taken every Honors, Gifted, and AP class offered at my school - I even started taking AP classes online when they ran out of courses on campus). Honors Courses - 10; AP Courses - 7.
ACT Scores: English - 32; Math - 32; Reading - 32; Science - 30; Writing - 32. (I've only taken the test once. I can definitely raise the math to a 36; I just forgot a few functions. My reading score could be perfect, too; I just wasn't able to finish the fourth passage last time.)
EC's: Marching Band (Drumline Captain), Varsity Cross-Country (Leader), Varsity Track (Leader), National Honors Society, Beta Club, Fellowship of Christian Students, Science Club, and Wind Ensemble (Percussion Section Leader - ranks in the 3 Highest High School Ensembles in Georgia).
I'll also have some kick-butt references and great essays.

I plan on applying to Duke and Emory. I know these schools are super-competitive. What are my chances? What other schools should I look into?

Well, not exactly a lot to work with, but you seem to have a great shot. ECs are good, ACTs are excellent, and you took a lot of rigorous classes. Just have a great essay and recommendations at hand to make your application stand-out. If you got 4s and 5s on the majority of your APs, I’d say your pretty much in. :)

Good luck!! :D
