Chances?

<p>UNC is and always has been my dream school and want to go there more then anything. I know its a pretty big stretch for me but is there a chance I can get accepted if I make my self stand out in the essay responses?</p>

<p>I do live in NC and I don't know if this will help me much but my sister is currently a sophomore there. </p>

<p>My sat score is a 1890 680 math 630 reading 580 writing </p>

<p>However i'm hurting with my GPA and EC's. I have a 3.7 weighted gpa and 3.0 unweighted. And for extracurricular's: I am a member of my schools science honors society and DECA team. I also worked for a frozen yogurt company for three months.</p>

<p>Is there any chance at all for me to get in?</p>

<p>Edit: I am currently ranked 204/546 and I screwed up freshman year and turned it around my other three, could that save me?</p>

<p>From what I’ve heard, Carolina really wants you to be in the top 10% of your class, so the rank might kill your app. But, I’m not an adcom, just a random internet person, so don’t take me too seriously!</p>
