I applied ED to holy cross with a 3.4 gpa. This sounds bad and I know. I explained through my interview, (which went fantastic) that I wanted to become a chef throuhgout my high school career. I explained how I received an internship at a local 5 star restaurant and had to juggle between the internship, sports (1 every season) and school on a daily basis.

I wrote to the admissions committe a cover letter to inform them why my GPA was low. I then proved that in my first quarter of senior year, I earned a 3.9 GPA since I was strictly concentrating on school and sports.

Knowing that I applied early decision, have a 3.9 GPA for first quarter in all Honors and AP courses and a 3.4 overall, had a fantastic interview + showed my interest greatly in Holy Cross, and also juggle between internships (2) and sports (3 per year) and clubs (2), what do you think my chances are of being accepted to Holy Cross?

THanks so much!
